Pair of English Victorian Armchairs C1900 Victorian Armchairs %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
These are a fetching pair of armchairs which would slot into most home and commercial spaces with ease. The gentle scrolled back gives way to an ample seat which widens nicely to the front and is flanked by generous sized plentiful arms. One of the chairs is very slightly taller, otherwise a true pair in design.

The latte coloured velvet fabric is a little worn in places with the frames strong, no movement in the arms, a decent firmish seat - your bum does not drop to the floor and the legs and castors are as you would expect. The odd day to day mark to the legs but nothing bad, so perfectly usable as they are if you so desire. Weighty and dry frames.

We offer a professional upholstery service which will ensure that pieces are ready for placing, everything is checked over and remedied if required, we are happy to assist in the choosing of fabric if you desire or we are happy to use your choice. Each chair would cost £475 plus fabric to reupholster in the style as pictured, as a guide.

A fine pair of late Victorian armchairs which would look rather smart dressed in new upholstery!
