A superb pair of Arts and Crafts oak armchairs, the chairs are beautifully crafted and raised on turned and chamfered legs, the oak is a wonderful rich colour with excellent patination. The needlework seat covers are original and the seats have been carefully restuffed from the underside, so as not to disturb the original needlework. The soft muted colours of the needlework depict dragons in a stylised form. The chairs are in good solid condition, beautifully presented ready for the home.
