A good and substantial pair of Victorian walnut and leather upholstered armchairs. The well carved arched backs having centre cartouches surrounded by scrolling foliage. Below are leather back panels above carved friezes leading to further leather. The shaped and moulded arms joining turned and carved supports continuing down to the conforming legs with brass and porcelain casters. The sprung seats above carved and shaped friezes. Both in ready to use condition with no damage to the hand dyed brown leather. Dimensions:- Max.Height…48.25’’/ 122.5cm. Width…27.5’’/ 70cm. Depth…33’’/ 84cm. Seat Height…17’’/ 43cm.
