Pair of Antique Elm Chinese Yoke Back Chairs
A fine pair of dark lacquered early 20th century carved Chinese hardwood yoke back 'Officials Hat' armchairs.
The chairs feature the traditional tall back with curved top rail and carved, pierced concave splat back above the recessed panel seat atop the iconic straight leg frame with decorative carved apron to the front.
Structurally all in good order with an ideal level of aged wear and patina.
Price is for pair. At the time of listing we have four unique pairs available, all sourced from the same collection.
