Pair of 19th C French Dragons Head Armchairs
A good quality pair of French 19th Century Dragons head open armchairs in linen.
French, Circa 1880.
An unusual pair of very comfortable open armchairs being softly sprung to the seats and back.
Of wide proportions the domed back raised over shaped open arms supported by the delightfully carved dragons with a lovely original patina.
The wide sprung seat being extremely comfortable raised by shaped legs front legs and turned rear legs terminating on brass ring turnings and castors.
Recently reupholstered in a quality neutral linen fabric from Voyage with a contrasting antiqued brass nail finish these chairs are offered in excellent condition.
Ideal for most rooms in the house and can work in both a traditional and contemporary setting.
