Lovely pair of Edwardian era French salon armchairs c.1910. Louis XVI style carved frames retaining the original paint finish. Shaped backrest and arms over a generous serpentine fronted seat with fluted legs and arm supports. Superb vintage leather upholstery in a soft salmon pink hide. Note how the loose seat cushion is cleverly shaped to fit perfectly around the backrest and arm supports, also the vent holes in the side to allow the air out when you sit on them. Very good unrestored condition.
