We have a 4 tier, standard flat rate delivery pricing system to cover delivery of all of our products to England & Wales but if you would like a quote to Scotland, the Highlands & Islands, the rest of Europe or have any special requirements please Contact Us prior to purchase.
We are also able to offer Express Delivery to England & Wales on most of our products. We can get items to you as fast as the next working day on orders placed before 12pm but please call with your postcode first to confirm item eligibilty and get a quote to your area. We ask that you satisfy yourself to the condition of the item upon delivery and before signing for any goods and the departure of delivery drivers / couriers.
Delivery Services
1. Free Local Delivery to TR postcodes excluding the Isles of Scilly.
We are based in Cornwall and offer free delivery to TR (Truro) postcodes excluding the Isles of Scilly on all of our products. We will give you a call to fix up a convenient day & time. If you would like to collect an item from our warehouse that's also fine.
2. Free Delivery
Overnight Parcel With UPS or APC Couriers
Items that qualify for Free Delivery will be sent with UPS or APC parcel couriers to UK mainland only. Please get in touch prior to puchase for a quote to the Highlands and Islands and the rest of Europe.
You will be notified of dispatch of your item within 1-2 working days and be provided with a consignment number by which you can track your item online. Items will require a signature for delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a 2nd delivery attempt or to take with you to collect your item from their local depot. Items will be packaged using recyclable materials whenever possible but will not be waterproof.
We also use this method for Express Delivery.
3. £75 NB 2 options listed below (a+b)
Items that qualify for £75 delivery will be sent to England and Wales delivery addresses securely on a Pallet OR with a Man & Van courier. For delivery quotes to Scotland & Europe please Contact Us prior to purchase.

a) Pallet Service from UPN or Palletforce
When items are dispatched on a pallet we will notify you that your item is on its way to you. When it is received by your local depot they will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery day and time. You can specify which day (Monday to Friday) and whether you prefer an AM or PM delivery window so the service is very flexible. However, delivery is a curbside drop only as drivers are NOT insured to help bring the item into your property. Therefore, you need to arrange your own assistance to load the item indoors.
Items on a pallet will be delivered on average within 5-10 working days and appropriately packaged in recyclable materials wherever possible, usually cardboard and shrink wrap. Although your item will be packaged to be showerproof we do not advise that items are left outside in packaging for prolonged periods.
We also use this method for Express Delivery.
b) Man & Van Courier Service from C&M Couriers or P D Couriers
When items are dispatched with a man and van courier we will contact you advising that your item has been dispatched and then the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. The Man & Van service is less flexible with a delivery window than the Pallet Service but will give you plenty of notice that he is on his way (several days at least). The driver WILL aid you getting your item into your property but will be on his own so for large items you may need to arrange extra assistance. Man & Van couriers are loaded with multiple items to deliver to different destinations accross the country and will do their best to accommodate your delivery window requirements but are essentially on their way to the next customer when they get to you. Therefore, cannot alway be more specific than a particular day when they first contact you but will then be able to give you an hour or two's notice as the delivery window approaches.
Items will be safely wrapped in blankets and fastened by experienced couriers.
We aim to have your item delivered to you within 5-10 working days. We currently have Man & Van courier collections and deliveries to London at least once a week. However, we reserve the right to allow a maximum of 30 days if an item is particularly difficult to transport or if you are in a particularly remote area. Please bear in mind we are located in Mid - West Cornwall.

Items that qualify for delivery at the rate of £100 are too large to be delivered on a pallet and can only be delivered by a Man & Van courier. This rate covers England & Wales postcode addresses, for delivery quotes to Scotland please Contact Us prior to purchase. Unfortunately, we regret we are not currently able to offer this service to N.I. and the rest of Europe at present.

If you wish to return an item you must contact us via email as soon as possible and get the item back to us within 30 days. A full refund of the item(s) sale price will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of safe return of unwanted item(s) in original condition.

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.
