A very decorative pair of antique Victorian balloon back chairs in walnut. They have carved and pierced bottom rails and stand on shaped cabriole legs. The seats have been newly recovered in a dark cream self patterned brocade over the existing upholstery which is sound. A very attractive pair of high quality chairs with lovely carving.

Walnut.
Condition Report
Solid frames. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly recovered with new fabric over the existing upholstery which is firm and sound. Some worm holes to one of the chairs which has been treated with worm killer as a precaution and filled with wax.
