A wonderful original pastel drawing by listed Scottish artist James Paterson PRSW RSA RWS of an unknown female sitter. The drawing is beautifully executed in pastel and pencil and is signed top right by Paterson and dated 1915.
The painting is mounted and offered in original frame. There is a framers label to the reverse for Aitken Dott & Son.
The drawing is 36cm x 26cm and the frame is 63cm x 51cm

Condition.
The condition of the drawing is very good, there is some very light marks to the background. The frame is not in great condition. It has lost it’s glass. The bottom right corner of the frame has come away and there are minor losses to the veneer on the bottom and left hand side. We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
