An Opal Ring
Stamped 750 indicating 18ct but it is not hallmarked.
The small oval opal does show good fire, displaying varying shades of orange, green and blue as the gem moves in the light.
Approximate dimensions: size O, opal 5mm x 3.3mm, band 1.9mm wide and .7mm thick, weight 1.5 grams.
There are some surface marks associated with normal use and age.
A cute little ring with a surprising amount of fire in such a small gemstone.
