A beautiful original oil on canvas painting of a stunning lady by known Hungarian artist Lajos Fuzesi. Painted in the 1960's or a touch earlier. It's a stunning and very striking piece of art. Purchased from a fine art sale around 12 years ago, there was a rip in the canvas on the skirt of the lady. We had it professionally repaired and from the front we can't tell it was damaged, there is a patch at the back of the painting of course. The painting is in need of a clean, we spoke to the repairer when we had the repair done about cleaning it and at that point he said to leave as it was. It does need a proper clean however. The painting is set in a vintage gold coloured frame, a few knocks etc but in good vintage condition and it really suits the painting.
Measures 74.5cm x 64.5cm framed.
You are welcome to view our products via appointment, we do not have a physical shop front but we can accommodate viewings in person with notice, please just message us to arrange.
