A diminutive yet decorative weathered lead sculpture on later stand of the Roman god Mercury
He represents financial gain,commerce,eloquence, communication,travellers,luck ,trickery ,and thieves ,amongst other things he also is the guide of lost souls to the afterlife and messenger of the gods.

This was salvaged from a larger statue sadly destroyed in a storm so fairly unique
