Matched Set of 4 Ormskirk Ladderback Chairs.
These chairs were made in the 19th century in the Ormskirk area of Lancashire. Made from Ash & Elm, both English hardwoods & the most suitable timber for chair construction.
Good sized seats & shaped backs for comfort.
The main difference in the chairs are the front rails.
Condition - unrestored.
size, height at back 2 x38" & 2 x 39",
Seat height 17"
