A spectacular pair of 19th Century Asian wooden columns standing on square bases with dragoon and leaf carving. The columns which are carved with scrolls and foliage, support plinths decorated with balls, acanthus leaves and alternating borders of flowers and trellis. These rare antique columns have traces of original paint and retain the fixing pegs. The condition is quite good, they stand well with no wobbles. There are some minor losses and chips to the carving on the plinths, this does not detract from their appearance and only adds to the character of these stunning columns. A most unusual and decorative pair of columns to add impact to any scheme.
