Massive 19th Century Antique Pond Yacht Hull
Massive 19th Century Antique Pond Yacht/Hull.
This is the largest English antique pond yacht we have ever seen!
It is beautifully made, the hull is made from separate shaped planks and finished with copper nails and the hull is stabilised by a heavy lead weighted keel.
Dating from around 1880, this antique ships hull/ pond yacht is in such good original condition, the paint work is in great condition and is original to the pond yacht.
The deck of the yacht is line grooved, this is to imitate planking. The is a small, shrinkage split to the deck.
This massive antique pond yacht is complete with its original rigging, masts and sails, but these do require restoration.
A real boys toy if you have a lake!
The pond yacht does stand alone, not requiring a stand.
