A very fine quality large desk-top inkwell made from a hefty piece of crystal, very tactile with deep diaganol cuts across the shoulders and large circular "dimple" cut to both the back and front, beautiful glass.

The hinged lid and collar are made from polished brass with a most attractive finial crowning the lid.

Victorian in era, dating to around 1860, remaining in superb condition. 4 1/4" x 3 3/8" x 5 1/4" tall.
