A beautiful French Louis Philippe period rosewood button back easy chair in very good condition .the frame standing on reeded baluster front legs and shaped splayed legs to the rear terminating on brass and black porcelain castors and fitted with a large decorative handle for easy movement .The current cover is of good age if not original is a kind of faded carpet bag material in a paisley kind of pattern and not at all threadbare with more years of use in it .the actual upholstery is good and the chair is very comfortable
