A classic leg-of-mutton leather gun case, crafted in rich brown hide with a gently worn patina that speaks to years of careful use. The case features a buckle strap closure and a sturdy carry handle, with the name John N. Kyd and the location Rosendael, Broughty Ferry clearly marked—adding provenance and personal history. Designed to house a disassembled shotgun, its tapered form and robust construction reflect traditional field sports craftsmanship.
