Late 19th Century Terrestrial Globe (England, 1885)
A nicely detailed terrestrial globe dating the the latter part of the 19th Century. It has a turned ebonised beech wood stand on a central axis. The globe details the following Colonies in red: The Austria-Hungarian Empire, Oman, Madagascar, Soudan, South African Republic, Argentina, Peru and Dominigo. It also details ocean currents. it dates from 1885 -1895, as it has South Africa Republic, but not Rhodesia.

In good original condition, with wear commensurate with age
