Large Wicker Basket
Large Lusby & Pollard wicker basket.
– Marked to the front with ‘W B’ .
– Pale leather wrapped around the sides of the lid.
– Original cast iron fixings with a loss of the centre lock.
– Rope handles at each end for safe and secure manoeuvre.
– Lined to the inside with a hard wearing green fabric.
– Shallow wicker insert in very good condition.
– Spacious storage for a variety of items.
– Situated on wooden runners with metal castors.
– Supplier’s label attached to a runner stating that Lusby & Pollard Ltd were based in Stanningley, in Yorkshire and includes the text ‘Theatrical Hampers of Quality’.
Great for use in the home and useful for a variety of items such as blankets or seasonal bedding.
In very good condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
