very good quality Victorian oak housekeepers cupboard / kitchen cupboard.
the top section has a flared cornice with dentil moulding over two sets of bi-folding arched panelled doors with decorative carvings to the corners and enclosing shelved interiors, the base with a further pair of bi-folding arched panelled doors, again with wonderful carved details, opening to interior fitted with an arrangement of three small drawers over four large drawers, all with recessed brass handles , raised on a plinth base.
with normal marks and scuffs commensurate with age and use, this substantial cupboard is in overall very good condition, it is very heavy and solidly constructed and with its copious storage capacity, is very versatile and can be used for many different uses.
