Circa 1900, a rare pine frame Orkney chair of generous proportions. The classic shaped chair made from oat straw tied with marram grass. With a solid pine seat and classic shaped arms with small curled ends. With square and slightly out swept back legs and with simple front legs all united by conforming stretchers.
