Splendid Gothic revival oak overmantle mirror or pier glass c.1890. Original 25½” x 52″ mirror plate set within a heavily carved oak frame with good architectural detail, pointed roof finials, a frieze of Gothic arches and flanked by long faux columns with carved capitals. Some foxing and scratches to the glass (which could be replaced if preferred), otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
