This impressive piece has a large decorative pressed frame which copies the distressed and slightly faded appearance of a much older piece
The artificially darkened gold finish showing red beneath is very attractive

The mirror frame has a flower basket crest on the top, and acanthus swags twining around, the mirror is good and sound
