A handsome large flask covered in a stunning piece of cognac coloured Crocodile or Alligator skin with a good bright patina. All the stitching remains in excellent condition.

The fittings including the removable cup are made from silver plate, with the maker's mark for the famous silversmith, James Dixon and Sons. The interior of the cup retains it's original lavish gilded interior. The lid is a bayonet type, requiring a twist and lift action to open.

Excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age. Dating to c.1890/1900. 4" x 1 3/8" x 6 1/2" tall.
