This is a genuine woodblock print by Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858) taken from the 53 Stations of the Tokaido, first published in 1833-34. This is Station 6 - Fujisawa, and this particular example probably dates from the early 20th century.

Dimensions: 38 x 25 cm

Condition: The print is in very good condition. The impression is strong with good colours. The paper has yellowed slightly and there are some minor handling marks on the edges.
