A very large and rare mid 19th century Irish Waterford oval mirror with ebonised and silver gilt decoration, crosshatched pattern etching and original applied cut glass border beads, retaining its original mirror glass. It is very rare to find an Irish mirror of this size being over 40 inches high, especially as it retains the original mirror plate. The inner slip has been ebonised. This stunning mirror is in excellent condition and would be a statement piece in anyone’s home.
