A beautiful rölakan flat weave rug, this is reversible and has a colour palette of mustard, taupe, brown, pink and cream, with geometric patterned borders. It has the "IS" signature in one corner for Ingegerd Silow (1916 to 2005). She has a prolific catalogue of rug designs and trained at the Konstfack, Stockholm’s famous arts and crafts school.

- Plaited fringes at both ends.
- Double sided and reversible.

In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. The rug has not been cleaned and the fringes are slightly dirty, but there are no obtrusive marks or stains.
