Antique Haberdashers Paper Roll Cutter Shop Wrapping Paper Dispenser
The cutter and roll holder is made by Paragon
A Rare and very useful item, it has an Iron frame set on a wooden base, the paper roll holder is set behind the heavy serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The Frame of the dispenser is 27” long x 13” high and it is 5” deep and can be screwed to the counter
