This is a good rare pair of Antique Kurdish runners with a very pleasing design and colour palette. Each runner has an abrashed strawberry field and three hooked hexagons enclosed by meandering vine borders.
These date from the early 20th century circa 1900
They are in remarkably good condition for their age with a good even pile and no wear.
Very rare to find as a pair these are a very practical size, each at 290cm by 98cm and they look splendid down.
