This is a large Victorian picture frame in generally good condition overall with an ornate decorative gesso moulded design.

The frame has been overpainted but still has a good Antique appearance.

The frame is a good size measuring 101 cms by 81 cms overall.

The aperture is 75 cms by 56 cms.

With the inner gilt slip removed it’s possible to make an aperture of 80 cms by 61 cms.
The opening for the painting is 58 cms by 78 cms.
Or 62.5 by 81.5 without the slip.
