Gold Celtic Iron Age Hair Ring
A really superb piece of iron age gold. Pennanular in form so it could be moved in position a little easier, especially being of a very high carat the gold becomes more pliable.
It is thought these rings were used in the hair for decoration but, they could also have been used for monetary purpose.
