Very attractive French giltwood wall mirror c.1900. Original 22½" x 38½" mirror plate within a broad wooden frame with lovely carved ripple surface and a decorative gesso mouldings at the corners. Original gilded finish worn and rubbed through in places to reveal the red ground below. Excellent colour and condition. Could be hung either landscape or portrait aspect.
