Unusually shaped 19th.c. gilded overmantle mirror c.1870. Original bell shaped mirror plate within a moulded wooden frame with applied brackets at the sides. Original gilt finish worn through in places to reveal the red ground below. Obvious tarnish to the mirror plate and some damage and retouching to the frame (mostly to the sides). Otherwise good condition with the original backboards.
