A charming Georgian Silk, Wool Embroidered and Painted on Silk picture of a Young Girl carrying Basket of Fruit.It is set in a period Giltwood Frame with Verre Eglomise Glass. The colours are still bright and the Embroidery and Painting still in excellent condition. There is a fine split in the Silk across the Sky but this is not noticeable unless close up to the image.Dimensions are :_ 36cms X 30cms Maz. C.1800-1820 I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antiques Emporium,Lewes,E.Sussex and also The Arcade, The Corn Exchange,The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells..If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in either Shop.
