Georgian Engraving After Anthony Van Dyck
Artist - Engraved by C. G. Rasp after the original by Anthony Van Dyck (1599-1641).
Title - Quadro di Ant: van Dyck della Galleria Electorale di Dresdae. Tableau de Ant: van Dyck de la Gallerie Electorale de Dresden.
Details - Antique engraving, dating from c.1800. Unframed.
Condition - Overall in fair-good condition. The engraving is discoloured with age and has some significant foxing (brown spotting). There are some manufacturing imperfections to the paper and a small area of loss to one corner. The paper is a little uneven. Please note that the engraving will be sent rolled in a tube and so may arrive a little curved.
The approx. measurements are as follows:
Image Size - 30.5cm by 25.5cm
Sheet - 43cm by 33cm. Further images are available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Viewing is welcome, but please contact us before travelling as we are only open by appointment.
