A fine and rare Georgian blackwork on silk showing a mill scene with cattle watering in the foreground. The work measures approximately 32cm by 24cm and is displyed under glass in a period gilt frame (approx 43cmx25cm).
There are some areas of deterioration to the silk towards the upper part of the work, commensurate with its age (see photos0. Nevertheless, this is a rare item and a fine display piece.
