Georgian Antique Ash Wood Windsor Armchair
Georgian Antique Ash Wood Windsor Armchair.
A lovely English antique Windsor armchair that dates from around 1800 and still in the original old, worn paint finish.
In very good strong and sturdy condition, this antique Windsor armchair is made entirely in ash wood with a thick slab seat with a chamfered underside with a simple stick back and a hoop arms and top rail.
The four stick legs have simple turnings towards the bottom and the legs are connected by a shaped crinoline stretcher.
A very correct chair and original in every way and most importantly it is so comfortable.
