This is a delightful pair of antique Georgian garnet & pearl drop earrings in 9ct rose gold.

Each earring is set with a flat cut teardrop and round shape garnet and 3 seed pearls in a trefoil setting – such a lovely and unusual design!

They are on long hooks and have closed backs, typical of the period.

The length of the earrings measured from the top part of the trefoil is approximately 3 cm.
Combined weight: 2.7 grams.

Condition: there are a couple of minuscule flea bites to the garnets and one of the stones has a very thin hairline, which is only noticeable under close magnification. It’s shown in the super macro shot of the last photo.
Generally though, they are in very good condition for age nice & clean too with no greying to the pearls.
