This is a very good quality and completely original antique George II English oak country hall chair, circa 1750.

This is a very good quality and completely original antique George II English oak country hall chair, circa 1750. The chair boasts a shaped crest rail, over a broad shaped central back splat, which connects to solid oak seat. The frame of the seat is built with the traditional pegged construction method and sits on straight legs, which are united by connecting stretchers.

The chair features a rich golden brown colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

The chair is solid in joint and ready to use.

Delivery to any address in mainland England & Wales is £65. For delivery to Scotland & Ireland, please email for a quote. If you wish to avoid the delivery cost, you can collect the item in person.
