The watch has a good quality Swiss 21-jewel movement, signed with the Rotary wings, which is working nicely.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1973, and the maker’s mark for Sylvain Dreyfuss. The case is in good condition with just very light surface marks.
Rotary Watches Ltd was established at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, by Moise Dreyfuss in 1895. By the 1920s family members Georges and Sylvain Dreyfuss began importing Rotary watches to Britain, which was to become the company's most successful market.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, seconds sweep and quickset date (adjusted with the crown at first position).
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in the Rotary presentation box with original guarantee and leaflets.
