19th century adjustable mahogany gentleman's shaving or toilet mirror c1850. Oval framed mirror on a baluster-form support over an oval base. Solid and beautifully aged mahogany with ebony and box banding on base, support and frame. Original brass fixture to rear of mirror providing both tilt and swivel. Overall height to top of mirror measures 38 cm. Mirror measures 31 cm x 25 cm. Base measures 25 cm x 19 cm. Viewing welcomed - please contact us in advance.
