19th Century French Wooden Vegetable Slicer, Coleslaw Sauerkraut

This is a very old and rare piece, it comes from western France and is a circular mandolin type of slicer, it was commonly used in the making of Sauerkraut and other pickling vegetables

The slicer is working, it has iron blades set in to a beech frame, there is some evidence of old woodworm, this has been treated
