A superb French marquetry inlaid games, or card, table of the highest quality. Of fine construction in solid walnut with attractive walnut veneers. Decorated with inlaid parquetry and floral marquetry detailing. Inset with banding in amboyna and further embellished with crisply cast brass ormolu mounts. The fold over top (supported by pull-out back legs) opens to reveal a playing surface fitted with its original green baise (this can be changed for a new one should you desire). Offered for sale in excellent original condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
