A very pretty French Ormolu Trinket/Ring Box,unusual shape which sits in the hand very nicely.The Lid has a central circular painted bust of a young Lady and is impressed all over with Bows on each corner, and leaved and flowers.The lid is hinged and opens to reveal the original deep pink velvet lining.Dimensions are:-10cms x 5.5.cms x 2.5cms .C.1880-90 I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
