A beautifully crafted piece, this French ash rent cupboard from the turn of the 20th century has plenty of storage space and separates into two pieces for ease of transport.

- Upper section contains 8 drop front cupboards, each with removable shelf.
- Each has decorative square pull knobs and metal clip fastenings.
- Drop fronts each have attractive relief mouldings, with a central shape similar to a heart with a surrounding border.
- Cornice top.
- Lower section has fixed moulding to hold upper section in place.
- Two door cupboard at the bottom, with removable shelf.
- Bracket feet.
- Canted corners at top and bottom.

This is a great piece of storage furniture, which will look wonderful in any home.

In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. The drop fronts originally had chains to hold them partly open, which have been removed to allow better access, although the loops are still in place and the chains for the bottom two are still present. The key for the bottom door is available.
