The Flower Seller is the title of this Oil on canvas painted by Freda Howard signed with initials F.H.and Dated 1957 with a further signature and inscription "St Ives".Not much known about the Artist other than she may have been a pupil of Stanhope Forbes, her work is similer in style. A happy picture with lots of colour and much going on. the painting is of very good quality.
