This lovely flat weave rug has a pattern which resembles geometric flowers with touches of green for foliage. It has the "IS" signature in one corner which is likely for Ingegerd Silow (1916 to 2005), although this is only visible on one side of the rug.

- Plaited fringes at both ends.
- This is reversible, as usual for rugs of this kind from this maker, but one side has more vibrant colours than the other.
- The initials "IS" are worked onto the less vibrant coloured, or underside.

In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. The rug has not been cleaned, but there are not obtrusive marks or stains.
