This late Victorian tray is a great size, very usable and not too large. The scalloped tray is smothered in engravings of sprays of English ferns tied with ribbon and bows very English hand typically Victorian.

Either end is a turned Ebony handle. The underside is where the full mark can be found for the well renowned silversmith, Daniel and Arter.

Dating to around 1890, it remains in excellent condition. Spanning 16 1/2" handle to handle and the tray surface measuring 15" x 10" x 2 1/4" tall to top of handles.
