An exquisite French Tortoiseshell Piquework Purse opening to reveal four Blue Silk Lined Sections,one with metal clip for closing, this is impressed with the French Maker 'Brevett S G D G'. The Piquework is extremely fine, using Silver,Gold and Mother of Pearl.The Silver Cartouche is Blank.Excellent Colour and condition.7.5cms x 5cms. A 'must have' for the Collector. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
